How to Make Money Online.....One Shot, One Kill

One shot, one kill is the motto used by Army snipers.  Know your target, located it, and take dead aim.  If you do, the result is one shot, one kill.

How does that translate to our business and our life?  It's simple.  You have one shot at this thing called life.  One shot to hit the target.  Once you have had your shot, you don't' get another one.

Each and every day, before you go to bed, ask yourself if you have given it your all today and be honest with your answer.  Be true to yourself and your business.  Ask yourself if you could have tried harder?  If you could have worked a little smarter?  Each and every day, you should be able to look in the mirror and answer yes, I have done all I can do today to make my dreams a reality.  I have left nothing on the table.

One Shot, One Kill!

How to Make Money Online.....The Breakers

I once had a business associate of mine who was diagnosed with cancer.  Not just cancer but terminal cancer and given only a few months to live.  Can you imagine getting this kind of news?  Now imagine getting this kind of news in your early twenties.  Seemingly your entire life ahead of you and you find out that it is going to be cut short in only a few months.

This guy who we will call Rick was devastated along with his family and friends.  While contemplating what he would do next in the treatment process, he was standing on the beach and watching the waves come it and break at the shore line.  Rick started picturing the waves coming in as representing the days of his life.

Each wave following another followed by another, just like the days of our lives.   Like the waves, each day of our life comes and goes without approval or input from us.  Each day ends whether or not we accomplished our daily goals or not.  There is nothing, absolutely nothing we can do to stop the days from coming and then eventually from going.  We are mere mortals and thus completely powerless to control in any way a process that has been occurring for millions of years, and one which will continue to occur long after we are gone from this world.

Now Rick stood there and wondered how many waves his life had left.  He felt cheated because he was so young and had yet to accomplish anything in life that he had hoped to.  Now Rick was a fighter and refused to allow cancer to prematurely end his life.  He fought on and beat the disease.  From this experience, he was inspired to start his own business and become one of the most successful people I know.

Now this story isn't about Rick's story of survival in the face of what seemed like insurmountable odds, although that is certainly a very inspiring story.  What you should ask yourself is how many waves do you have left?  Nobody can answer that question with any certainty but I can say with confidence that it's a finite number.

If your life isn't what you would like it to be, NOW is the time to do something about it.  Waiting for tomorrow to do something is, well, it's foolish.

How many waves are you going to sit back and watch come in before you decide to jump into the water?  Don't be like most people who look back on a life unfulfilled and ask what if.  What if I had done something about my situation before it was too late?  What if I had taken a chance?  Sure, you could fail but if you do nothing, you WILL fail.

Dennis

How to Make Money on the Internet.....Insanity

In this new video post, I explain the Insanity principle as taught by Albert Einstien and perfected by the Philadelphia Eagles.  Don't miss it.

Insanity

Albert Einstein once said, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

Sound familiar?

We are approaching the end of the year and it's time to take stock of your life.  More importantly it's time to take stock of the direction your life is heading in.

If your life isn't what you want it to be and your not heading in the direction you would like, it may be time to stop doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

Consistency is Key

The question has been asked and asked and asked again.  What is the key to success?  What specific skill do I need to become a millionaire?  Well, I'm sure you know by now that there is not a singular answer to that question.  I don't think that there is one specific trait or characteristic or skill or attitude that you can point to that if performed will guarantee success.

If we all sat down and really thought about it, we probably know deep down in side the things we need to be doing to be successful in whatever task we are performing.

With that said, I believe that there is one very important trait that must be adhered to in order to achieve your goals;  Consistency!

You can possess the skills and knowledge needed to succeed but if you are not performing those skills, the daily tasks that will bring you closer to your own definition of "making it",consistently each and every day, success will forever elude you.

Do what needs to be done each and everyday without fail to bring you one step closer to your dreams, and success is bound to be your future.

Yours in Success,

Dennis

The Mighty Atom

I the book titled "The Spiritual Journey of Joseph L. Greenstein-The Mighty Atom, the Mighty Atom is quoted as saying, "Imagine a new kind of man....A man without learned limits....".  Powerful stuff in such a short sentence

The Mighty Atom was a professional strongman in Vaudevill in the 1920's, who routinely performed absolutely amazing feats of strength, even by todays standards.

Prematurely born in 1893, Joseph L. Greenstein aka The Mighty Atom was given only a few days to live by the doctors.  Again, at the age of 14, doctors predicted his demise from tuberculosis.  It was not to be.  The Mighty Atom died in 1977, slightly more then a few days after his birth.

Standing only 5'5" and weighing 140 pounds, The Mighty Atom performed such feats of strength like driving nails into wood with his bare hands, separating a tire from its rim with his bare hands and biting a quarter in half.  I'm sure his dentist was thrilled.  He performed many of these feats into his 70's and 80's.

Now, to look at him, one would say that these feats and the many others he performed would not be possible.  The problem was, The Mighty Atom was not going to accept the limitation that other set for him.  He was determined to set the standard and learned to focus mind and do things that nobody else even thought possible.

The thing is, we all have this ability to focus on success and accept nothing short of achieving all of our dreams.  The first step is believing all things are possible.  If you need help with that, The Mighty Atom can help.

Refuse to Participate!

I was talking with a friend the other day and the subject of the economy came up.  She was saying that she was going to be cutting back this year on buying Christmas presents because of the bad economy.

I stopped her and said that I agree that the overall economy is bad but I asked her if her own "personal economy" was bad?

I asked, is your house been foreclosed on or was in danger of being foreclosed on?  She said, no.

I asked her if she was in any danger of loosing her job?  She said no, that she was very secure in her future with her company.

I asked if she had taken a recent pay cut or was in anyway making any less money then last year?  The answer again was no.

In fact, now that gas prices are down, you are really in pretty much the same financial shape that you were in last Christmas.  She could not agree more.

What my friend had done was accept what she had been told by the news media and well meaning friends and had started participating in the bad economy.  I told her that I was refusing to participate.

Yes, the economy is bad but we all have complete control over our standing in life.  If you are not where you want to be.  If you are behind on your mortgage or your retirement account isn't what it once was, do something about it.

REFUSE TO PARTICIPATE in this or any other down economy.  Turn off the news and take a look at your situation without outside influences.  If a change needs to be made, make it.

Dennis

One Tough 7 Year Old

In a recent post, "The Bodhi Lifestyle Without the Felony", I mentioned that the human spirit was dying in some of us.  If you are one of those people, check out this very inspiring video and take a lesson from a 7 year old cancer survivor.  If after watching this you are not inspired to make a change and become more then you though possible, then nothing I can say will do it for you.

The Bodhi Lifestye without the Felony

One of my favorite movies is Point Break with Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze. Yea I know, not a great movie but it is entertaining and....well it's entertaining.  Anyway, in the movie, Patrick Swayze plays a surfer guru slash bank robber slash philosopher named Bodhi.  Bodhi and is gang rob banks so that they can fund their lifestyle of parting and surfing and rebel against the social system that they believe is killing the human spirit.

Now, before I continue, let me say that I don't endorse robbing banks, but like Bodhi and his gang, I do rebel against the status quot daily.  What I mean is that I used to be one of those people that got up before the sun so that I could willing subject myself to the torture that is Northern Virginia traffic so that I could go to a job that I hated but one that paid the bills.  Excitement for me was coming home to sit on my butt in front of the TV and watch the latest episode of American Idol or Survivor so I could go to work the following day and talk about what I had seen with my co-workers.

You really have no choice but to watch those shows.  I mean, you don't want to be looked down upon by the people you work with and be called a looser for not knowing who was just voted off of Survivor.

After engaging in these fascinating conversations, I then turn on my computer and check out those funny emails that make their way around the net.  You know what I'm talking about.  The emails with the cute puppy or the idiot auditioning for the next Jackass movie.
>
Why do we do this to ourselves?  Probably because that's what we are taught we are suppose to do right?  Talk about killing the human spirit.  Well I have opted out of that lifestyle because it was killing me, literally killing me!
>

So now I work for myself from home and have been liberated.  Minus the bank robbery thing, I am living the "Bodhi Lifestyle".  LIBERATED I have become and it all started when I decided that life had so much more to offer then traffic jams and American Idol.

Think you can't do it yourself?  Think again.  In today's internet age, making money from home has never been as doable as it is today.  I'm just an average guy and I did, so what's wrong with you.  I say nothing.

Make Money Online Fast?

Has anybody ever told you that if you hear somebody say that you can make money online fast that it is either a scam or just pie in the sky thinking.  If you have bought into this way of thinking, it's not your fault.  I have heard those same critics tell me the same thing and I believed them too.  I now know better and I just tell them that I don't have time to debate the issue with them right now because I'm on my way to the bank to deposit my checks.  My large, every increasing in size, residual income checks from my online marketing business.

To say that to make money online fast is not possible is to say that it's better to make money online slow.  Bravo Sierra!  These critics of fast money online are living in the stone age.

Sure, when I started my home based business over twenty years ago, becoming successful and making a lot of money from home was a slow grind.  It required many, many hours to recruit and then train knew distributors and sometimes many months or even years to start making what I would call respectable money.

The age of the internet and the marketing techniques of today has changed everything.  Legitimate money can be made online in the first few weeks or even days once you plug into the right system.  I have seen it done more times then I can count.

Look, you and I know it's better to make money fast rather then to make it slow, and given the choice, why on earth would anybody take the slow road to riches.  Start believing its possible and your dreams will become your reality.

Yours in Success,

Dennis
